Did I get the wrong product sent out to me?

I brought flashscan V2 scan and tune.

My Registration card says FlashScan Interface: Scanner Only

And my tune tool under the VIN licensing says the device attached is a Scan only device.

Am I doing something wrong or did I get the wrong device?

Its ok, Just found out apparently the place I brought it off needs to send me some more numbers. Strange it didn't come with everything else?
