LMM falls on its face on wide open starts/OK if I roll on the throttle

The tune works Ok if I roll on the throttle if I go wide open it will lunge then stumble like a gas motor would if it was way to rich I suspect it is fuel pressure I have FRP.PSI=22000 and FRP DES PSI= 26107 is that too much difference? It never seems to recover but, if I roll into it it is real strong........Also is it normal after trans go Jr. it shifts @3400

Fuel pressure seems like a good suspect, no check engine lights or DTC's set? What kind of boost values are you commanding?
