6.0L Tuning

I am a new EFI user and would like to know if anyone could help me out a little on getting some more performance out of my 2002 6.0L 2500HD, suggestions on where I should start, etc. I have heard there is a lot of potential in these with some tuning so any help is greatly appreciated.

Do you have a WideBand O2 sensor? What octane fuel do you use 87, 89, 91, 93? Do you tow? Oversize tires?

I dont have a wideband yet, I was planning to order 1 next week. Is there 1 that you would recommend? I use 91 octane fuel and tow occasionally but not too often. The tires are 33" tall.

Is it true that the if you use the stock file from a 6.0L Denali in a pick up you will see a noticable difference? Never compared the 2.
