Has anyone been able to see what was changed for the glo-plug fix, by comparing before/after versions of the GM flash?

Does anyone have a breakdown of the OS's, and what each successive one addressed?

I have not looked at all of the tables, but from what i have seen is that the EGR flow tables are dramatically different going from the '06LLY to '06 LBZ OS and if i remember correctly the boost tables are quite a bit different. Between the LBZ OS's the EGR flow rate table are altered in each OS. but i never checked the Glow Plug tables.

Has anyone tried, for example, replacing a ...128 os ECM with a ...483 os ECM?

I have replaced the 6128 with the 6698 on my personal rig and have had no problems. in fact i didn't have any problems with the 6128 just want to update the OS. I intentionally didn't upgrade to the 2483 OS becasue it was rumored that that OS had CVN tracking enabled.

Ross, will any LBZ dsp os work on any LBZ, regardless of the original stock os?

As long as the operating segments match or are the factory upgraded part #'s
