I want to know how diagrams like this are made? What program does it take to do this? Where do the little pics come from? I can't find the original poster of this schematic---so, I can't ask them.

Photoshop, Fireworks, etc., even Paint from Windows would work in a pinch.

Since you said Photoshop--I started looking into it. With the help of my 2 teenage sons we found a program called "Gimp" that is a freeware deal. I downloaded it. Now I need to figure it out.

gimp is great, especially since its free! Think we're going to use it in our W7 deployment scheme so our users can open some of the "weird" file attachments from graphic clients.
