What RPM is the engine idling at? Check table C3907. You may need to adjust the TPS sensor if the throttle body is not stock. It should go from 0% to 100% as you go from idle to WOT. The MAF code will set if it is disconnected. The other codes are all O2 heater codes, check the power to the sensors.

in gear it should idle at 870 warm at operating temp. in park it should be at 860.

If the fuse was blown, did you find the cause of it... and is it blown again...?

The O2 heater performance DTC's may be due to a poor ground connection.
The other two may be due to poor wiring.
The TP one may also be due to the sanity check table that Al referred to.

the fuse had blown again. this time i looked for damaged wiring. i looked under the car and found the o2 extensions melted on the driver side header. i replaced the burnt up wires. hopefully this will cure my issue.

Sorry my phone battery went flat while we were ending our conversation... :doh2:
While you're repairing the O2 extension wiring, check the correct O2 heater polarity in the extension harness.
