When looking for an E67, does it matter where it is coming from i.e. is the
hardware the same on all?
I am aware of the 2009/10 "new" version.

We've purchased a number of ECM's from THIS (http://stores.ebay.com/SCOOBY-THE-CORE-MAN) ebay store, they often have very cheap E38's & E67's, just keep an eye out. For your application, try to get one from an 08 or 09 model as the LL8 motor was supported by the E67 on those years.
