Can we change the Ramp Rate table, D5072, to help with the TCC lock up and staying locked. Instinces where a Big HP tune wont let the TCC lock up because of too much slip in the TC. Or should this table be left alone?

You can try, I haven't had any luck with it... even on softening overly aggressive lockup situations.

I am also interested in this, my TC wont lock in 5th it seems like... Ive been playing with the TCM tune for almost 2 weeks...

I raced a friend tonight who dynoed a little over 630whp, I pulled him really hard 1-4th(about 2-3 truck lengths) and he caught up to me at about 115mph, from what he said, once his TC locked in 5th he started to gain on me. Any one have any ideas? I want to spray a small shot of nitrous in 5th but dont want to spray until I can get the TC to lock in that gear.

he has no idea what he is talking about or how an allison works.

When you go WOT from a stop, the converter locks in 2nd gear and stays locked from then on up

I said it incorrect. He started gaining on me in 5th, he thinks it was because his TC was locked and for some reason mine feels like it unlocks or slips really bad in 5th. Its hard to explain i guess.
