I currently have OS#5 on my 00 vette, How do I put the stock OS back in so I can flash the stock cal back in the car?

I think you just Program PCM Operating System and calibrations using the stock file.

Full flash with original OS , will take you back to stock.
Read, Calibration Only , Full Flash , tune tool options.

So is the stock OS a part of the original cal then?

Yes , calibrations are the segments we are allowed to alter in the OS , the OS is the base for all calibrations .
A custom OS has been altered to allow different segments to be used to do basically the same thing but with finer tuning .

o.k. got it, so just do a full flash of the original calibration and it should take care of it.

Thanks.

Yep, thats the way to do it. Just like upgrading to a COS or DSPx, full flash the file. Same goes for "downgrading" back to stock.
