idle screw

My idle screw fell out my throttle body. I got another one and want to new if there is way to make sure the throttle body is open the proper amount. I running 2002 LS6 cam.

So if I log the IAC then should around 70 step when gets warm. Do need to unplug tb sensor to reset the poistion the computer see??

There is a TPS reset procedure (which I can't recall off hand sorry) that you should do. I had to do it a couple of times a few years back when I had an LS1 and was setting the IAC steps :)

It was something like removing the TPS cable from the TB and tuning ignition to the accesory position (not running) for 30 seconds, turning key off and reconnecting TPS loom. Google will have the answer :)
