How to get modified tune from tune tool to V2 for flash

As the title reads? Is it just a case of copying the file to VZ in the explorer? whats the destination folder , I tried Tune/read...

Hi Gelf,

Almost... in the tunetool, open your .tun file and save as .ctd, this is what you copy to V2 using EE.

Download the latest V7/V8 software from here (http://www.efilive.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=48&Itemid=133) and flash firmware 2.6.36 into V2.

Using S&T:
- Device Settings: set these appropriately and program into V2;
- Black Box settings: set both Scan Settings and Tune Settings (you have to specify your PCM type), and program into V2.

Then:
- in tunetool open .tun file, and save as .ctd;
- in EE, goto Data Files tab, click Home; in upper pane browse to your .ctd file and copy it to the lower pane;
- take V2 to vehicle, and flash to PCM.

Do you disconnect the V2 from laptop to flash to truck
