Does this mean that what we are doing becomes legal then?
It is our right to modify our vehicles to our hearts content and desires!
NO?
Jailbreaking has been declared legal... Isn't this the same thing we do to our PCMs?
Thanks

See this: http://news.cnet.com/8301-13578_3-20012109-38.html
Read carefully what the US Copyright Office had to say, and use of the phrase 'fair use'.
We're not doing jailbreaking, we're simply correctly mathematically modeling our own personal engine, we're not switching "carriers" or adding "applications".
:)
But, either way, this is yet another reason to avoid Apple.

We are not adding... Nitrous Applications???
Supercharged Applications?
If it were to be done right you would have to install an E67 ECU onto your corvette z06 to get a correct supercharging system... Yet we... modify... to get that ..."app" into our corvettes?
Jajaja...
