2007 Silverado E38 speed limiter

Tuned a 2007 Silverado today with an E38. My first truck that new... Can't for the life of me get the speed limiter turned off - still comes in at 99mph...

I noticed in the tables for speed limiter, there is one (H0156) that says it is controlled by "other module", not ECM - is that the problem? There are no limiter settings in the transmission controller...

Well, search was my friend - found out where others said you have to set H0156 to "ECM" vice the stock setting of "other module"...

Some GM designs take the speedo/VSS data from the ABS/ESP/EBC system. So if the ECM is set to "other module" it looks to a CAN based message for speedo/speed limiting etc.
