Has anyone have the following OS

What kind of vehicle does it fit?

The vehicle is a 2004 VY Series 2 SS Commodore April 2004 build.
The PCM has a sticker on the back with the following

SERV. NO. 12200411 DSKW
86DSKW944016EMAA 12225081

HDW NO. 09386530 DSKW
86DSKW944016EMAA 12225081

All vehicle's of this year and type normally have OS 12225074

The PCM has a 2004 HSV Clubsport 285kw tune in it at the moment

i quessing this os is a odd one or was never available

someone out must know
