I have a 2009 1500 5.3 6spd. I increased the normal shift speeds by 35% do I also need to change the TCC engage and release times and shift pressures?

On the 4 speed:

Not necessarily... but you can increase shift pressure by 10-15% anyway, set shift times to 0.25s, and play a little with torque reduction... aim for quick positive crisp upshifts without jerking, don't make changes to drastic.

What mods do you have, how much torque, what is vehicle weight...?

For TCC, set the TCC min pwm/pressure to say 20% below the max, this will ensure the TCC is all the way locked and not slipping.

$0.02.
