trouble reading tcm tune out of 2010 lmm with latest software release

Downloaded the lastest software that is supposed to have the capablity to read the tcm tune out of the 2009+ trucks. It recognizes the tcm and start to read and then freezes at 34k of 2560k. no error message. wait for a few minutes. one time 10+ minutes and click stop and it reboots tcm.

Truck is a 2010 model.

When setting up the controllers you are selecting 'A50' and not 'AL6' for the 2009+ TCM? As Joe mentions do make sure you have the latest software and firmware.

I didn't install the firmware.. got too excited i guess. most likely the problem. Thanks for the respones.
