Spark scaler runs at 75% all the time?No DTC's logged except insufficient activity on O2 sensors.
Car is getting new O2 sensors due to customer running unleaded in his car on a salesmens advice and killing them.
Car has previuosly been butchered by another tuner supposedly has gasflowed heads and was supposed to have a Unichip but the elves must have taken it out :).

You mean "leaded" fuel - right?

Look in the section:
Engine calibration->Spark->Knock.

Have you checked out the values for controlling the scalar:
{B6219}, {B6220}, {B6222}, {B6224} and {B6225}.

If {B6224} and {B6225} are zero then it won't move.
If {B6219}=0.75 then it will start at 0.75 at keyon.

Also make sure the min/max RPM, MAP and temp values are allowing ASPARK to adjust.

Regards
Paul
