V2 Upgrade

I had to upgrade to V2 the hard way...I had my V1 cable stolen. I just received my V2 and plugged it into the tune software and I get the "upgrade pending" screen. Since I do not have my original cable, do I still click on the "Show Existing License" button to start the upgrade?

I can see you ordered the FlashScan v2 upgrade product which is why you are getting the message on screen. You do need to have the FlashScan V1 device connected as well though to copy/transfer licenses. What we can do though is take it out of upgrade mode so please email me.
