How much to gain by tuning tranny?

Hello all. I have a handheld with a cmr software tune. I was wondering how much I'd gain by being able to tune the tranny,as I can't with my current tuner.:help2:

Tuning the trans gets you shift quality and trans durability... it won't get you HP/TQ gains.
