Cant get truck to idle

8931Specs are turbo'd, cammed 6L, e85 in my 2004 silverado. Running OLSD. We can get it to idle fine in park and neutral but soon as I put it into gear with a load it just dies. I have to foot brake it puttin it into gear to keep it running. If anyone has any suggestions to try I would enjoy some help. Thanks Thomas
