Activation Code Issue

I bought a license about six months ago, but hadn't gotten around to using it. I tried reflashing the computer on this car today and received a message that I had to
enter the activation code. I thought I had done so when I purchased the
license - but it was some time ago.

When I went to the licensing window, it shows 3 licenses with serial numbers
and the fourth as available. When I enter the activiation code for license
four, I receive a pop-up that says that license has already been active.
When I try if for number 5 or higher, it says I've entered an invalid
activation code or license number.

What to do?

I updated to the latest version of 7.5 per your instructions. The car has been in storage, and I just brought it back to the house and tried to upload my tune. Same results. A pop-up comes up with four points, one of which is that a message box will come up after the countdown ends saying "License this PCM." That doesn't happen.

Again, the PCM Licensing menu shows four licenses, with one being "Available." Yet Flashscan will not connect to this PCM. I'm still flummoxed.
