vin license question

Is there anyway to get a refund for a license I bought and then the ecm didn't end up working? Nick from duramaxtuner is who I went through and knows what happened and he said to talk to you and see.

HI Jeremy,

Once we have issued you with the license activation code it is not able to be revoked. As it can not be invalidated we are not able to refund the license cost I'm afraid.
