Anyone Do a Carb Conversion.

I'm curious if anyone has used/tuned an E38/67 to run a carb/port injection motor. Yes, I recognize that a Electronic Pedal, TB, and coil/spark are among the electronics necessary. I am addressing the fact that there is one or no injector involved. Can these ECM's be tuned to address that lack of or single injector fuel control?:confused:
