Hi Alex,
Welcome to the forum
Only if you can run Windows on your Mac...
you have to install Fusion or Parallels to run virtual Windows, or Boot Camp to dual boot to native Windows.
What vehicle do you have...?
Do you have FS V1 or V2...?

VMWare Fusion is an application that runs natively under Mac OS X. It is like VirtualBox (www.virtualbox.org) and lets you install Windows inside it. They are virtual machine programs and give you a way to run Windows on Mac hardware (oversimplified explanation haha, lots more to it). You can also dual boot OS X and Windows, but that requires knowing how to partition and setup your Mac properly. If you just want to run EFILive, use VMWare Fusion or Oracle VirtualBox.

I run Windows natively using Boot Camp (which is free)... I like running with the least number of software layers.

WTF are you talking about? You can buy Win 7 Ultimate for 250, XP is usually 50-80 online... Id recommend W7 if you have to buy an OS though, XP isnt supported and no more patches will ever be released so since July any viruses that are designed to attack XP will not be addressed by Microsoft. And its 9 years old.
