There are several articles on tuning with HP but its hard to follow along because of the terminology differences. Anyone come across a table interchange chart?

What article / book / material do you want help understanding ? The principles of tuning computer controlled EFI engines are same, despite the individual interfaces created by the various software manufacturers.

From the HP tool
For instance: Idle tab--Idle RPM tab--under Derivative label--Fast RPM Filter & Slow RPM Filter. What do those correspond to in EFILive?

Just like you can't use a Chev manual to repair a Ford product, you can't use an HPTuners manual (tutorial) to operate EFILive.
The user manual for the Tune Tool and Scan Tool would have probably downloaded to C:\Program Files\EFILive\V7.5\Doc ... there should also be a "Tutorials" folder in that directory .... about a dozen documents in total ... they will help you use the software and understand how it interfaces with the PCM / ECM / TCM.
Once you get that far, then this Forum has additional information on almost any topic related to using EFILive.

Directly after the Fast and Slow RPM Filter box are the buttons for AirFlow RPM Low and Airflow RPM High these are likely B4512. The values shown in the example are Slow RPM Filter = 0.080 and High RPM Filter = 0.800

Came across this help page: http://www.hptuners.com/help/
It gives good descriptions of the tabs, buttons, terms.
