I Have a 2010 Camaro SS
Its a cam only setup making just over 460RW

Car runs great but under hard throttle it shut the throttle blade 33%
We logged it, there is no TM or anykind of nonsense that would cause this.

I have been flat shifting the car and even if I dont keep my foot into the gas its still doing it.
Is this something that can be fixed yet?

I heard its in the ECU, was told this is anticipating the rpm vs shift and cant be removed?

HELP!!!!!!!!!

Probably some torque limiting kicking in, have you disabled BTM? Is traction control off (I would assume so).

Maybe GM is now building warranty protection in deeper than before :).

Post the tune then? BTM usually gets a lot of people, and it only gets turned off when you disable traction control.

As mentioned,

Log it with the TC turned off.

We turned it off in the car, are u saying turn it off in the ecu using efi live?

BTM has been turned off for days, it still does it
I honestly think this can NOT be removed, I also dont believe it will cause the car to et slower
The customer does but he wont race the car to prove me wrong.

I remember seeing a thread about this question,

over in LS1.com.au
One of the guys answered the query by logging the throttle position with the TC turned off and posting it up. The TP went to 100% instantly and stayed there during a WOT acceleration, but it wouldn't do so with TC selected on.

Sid do u think I already did that ;)
Come on pal, this isnt our 1st rodeo....

IMHO, Its something in the ECU that u CANT remove...

JS, without seeing the tune we have no way of seeing what has actually been done so we're all shooting in the dark here. I understand if you've paid for or made the tune and dont want it floating around, but just saying you have a problem and there's no possible way to fix it isnt going to get you anywhere. I imagine there would be more people complaining about this with Camaros, I know at least a few guys on here who have dropped built motors into their '10 Camaros and havent complained about this same issue.

The car does it and we cant get rid of it

Do you also have any log files showing airflow...?

Sorry no, but if u tell me what and where to log I will..

It keeps shutting down the tb under hard throttle, almost like when u push the clutch in to makes shifts..We were going to put a switch in to disable he cluth switch to see if it went away, most guys wont see this phenomenon unless they hammer hard on the car.

A log of the issue would also help.....

Oh, and have you checked for any DTC's?

There are no dtc's

What do u guys want me to log specifically..
I will do it tomorrow.

Easy fix,

Go to table, C0801 and set that value to 8000.

Then delete code p0068 and p1516.

Also might want to add a bit to the missfire tables, that will fix your spark entering low timing tables.

Just for reference, that ecm can handle 1000hp worth or mods no problem, something simple like a little cam isnt going to hold you back. ;)
