Freeze Frame Data not available for E40?

Hi,
I was trying to access freeze frame data of a DTC for a E40 ECM and keep getting an message indicating it's not supported in the current version of EFILive. Is this true? I thought that was odd because it works fine for LS1 PCM's. Thanks.

Which build version of scantool (do Help->About)...?

V7.5.6 Build 117 I just updated it a couple of months ago.

Now I remember, I don't think FF data can be retrieved for any CAN ECM in V7, it can be done via the V2 though. I just checked it on an E39 and E38 and it worked OK from the V2.

On V2:
- Connect to the ECM
- On the keypad press F3 (Diagnostics), F2 (Trouble Codes), F3 (Display FFs) and then select the controller you want to query

Thanks for the response Andrew. That's the message it displayed. I checked the FF data using the V2 and didn't see any info displayed. I will check again, maybe I missed something.
