Is there any access to the transfer case PID's? I have a customer that just did a solid axle swap in a 2009 LMM and I'm trying to help him get around the front axle actuator showing error codes(because it's not there and working anymore). I did not see any PID's for the t-case in the motor or trans controllers. Anybody have any ideas at all to disable the reporting?

Can you post the TCM tune ?

I could not get into the trans because of some overflow error as I recall. But after looking at some earlier Allison files, I do not see any T-case PID's on there either-

I don’t do diesel tuning, so I don’t have a 2009 LMM TCM file to review. If you have any 2008 or 2009 Allison TCM tune, post that and I’ll take a look. There should be a way of disabling DTC or MIL for the transfer case.

Take the old acuator out of the front axle, plug it in and tie it up in the frame somewhere out of the way. Thats what I did on my 97. I would think it should still work on the newer trucks too. There is no sensor to tell the computer that the front axle is locked other than the acuator. Just tryin to help.
