Egr, intake heater, variable turbo delete

i took off the intake heater grid, egr system, and variable turbo off my 06 lly and cannot get these DTC's to stop popping up.

P0540-intake heater circuit
P0045-variable turbo solenoid circuit
P0405-egr circuit system low voltage

none of these dtc's are current they just wont go away. i commanded all DTC's that have anything to do with these three things not to report and they still do. tried full reflash and same thing. i dissabled the egr and vgt in tables and couldnt find anything for the heater grid.

If it isn't throwing a light, but they show up when you check codes with EFILive, that is totally normal. For some reason they show up as pending codes.

so im not gonna be able to completely tune those DTC's out?

I'll have to double check, but I don't think those codes will show up with most code readers. I pull the codes on my truck and see if they show up with generic code readers.
