I am still chasing my tail with my dieseling. I have a tune that I would like to emulate. I'm stumped trying to get the B4001 from my source tune over to my stock tune base. I am using the stock tune from my car and I am updating the tables manually. My source B4001 IFB is VAC PSI vs IFB (Lbs/Hour) My stock B4001 is Delta MAP PSI vs IFB (Lbs/hour)

How do I change my stock B4001 to where it matches my source B4001 so when I copy and paste, the tables appear the same and the graph has the same "plots"?

Hi Elmer,

absolute rail pressure = gauge rail pressure + BARO

MANVAC = BARO - MAP

DeltaMAP = absolute rail pressure - MAP = gauge rail pressure + MANVAC

gauge rail pressure = 400kPa (58psi)

DeltaMAP range 400-480kPa maps directly to MANVAC range 0-80kPa...
i.e.:
400kPa == 0kPa == WOT
480kPa == 80kPa == closed throttle decel

You may have to interpolate in-between cells.

Hm... I didn't know you were fluent in Greek! :p

Is this before/after what you meant?

lol, sorry about the Greek... :grin:

0psi VAC corresponds to 58psi DeltaMAP

(the math is easier when viewed in kPa instead of psi)

So I actually got it right?

Here's a pic with the silly metric numbers lambda blah...

So I actually got it right?

...Not quite, see attached pic...

The values in these cells should be equal:
320kPa <-- -80kPa
0kPa <-- 0kPa
480kPa <-- +80kPa

(and of course, the values in the cells in-between those have to be interpolated).
