DSP5 trouble and Reflash problems

I have recently tried to install a DSP5 switch and tune my truck with EFI live and so far its been a massive failure. I am not getting any voltage from my switch as well as I cannot figure out how to do a full reflash for my lb7 ecm such as the tutorial instructs me to do every time a make a calibration change. The button is not active to do the reflash. if anyone could help i would highly appreciate it.

try closing the program and reopening it from the tune file itself while plugged into the truck. sometimes this is neccessary to get the full reflash button to illuminate. are you checking switch voltage through the scan tool using the right pids?
