Ok trying to help a mate tune his car, it has a 226 234 113 cam and have just put a 90mm Pro Comp throttle body and TPIS 90mm lS6 manifold.

I cannot stop the thing from spiting the IAC valve out of its housing (It comes all the way out where we have to remove it and put it back together then reinstall. It also upon firing idles at 3000rpm and will not settle. Please find attached a log and the tune. I have tried many different things to stop it but can't seem to make it idle normally.

sounds a mechanical issue with the TB

Or manifold not seated properly, or maybe a vacumme or breather hose problem.

usually cammed cars struggle to get enough air at idle, sounds like you have way to much. is the throttle blade cracked open to much when on the throttle stop ?
is TPS reading zerrow when throttle is closed, may need TPS reset.

If the IAC is spitting the needle, perhaps it is the wrong IAC? It shouldn't do that as the throttle body should physically stop it.

Sounds like a manufacturing error in the TB to me. Measure the distance from the IAC valve mounting face to the seat in both TB's to confirm.
