registration help

I just go my EFILive in and when I went to Help>Register efilive and put the license from the blue paper and the serial number off the back of the V2. then any time i try to make a change it says i cant save until i register or my V2 is plugged in?

Can you carefully check that you are entering correctly, especially the date...

Also, do not enter your name.

If, after making sure all the data is entered correctly, it still does not work then please email me the license details at paul@efilive.com and I will make sure there are not problems with the details.

what happens if you cant find the blue card? is there any way around it or to get another?

Send the FlashSCan Serial number and Auth code to me (paul@efilive.com) and I'll send you back the matching registration details.
