Can you swap license?

I know a guy who wants a tune downloaded he had another guy get the license but his efilive took a crap.can I get the license from him? Our did he have to buy another one?

He will have to buy another license. Licensing is retained in the individual FlashScan interface and is non-transferable.

The guy who's V2 Died should be able to get it repaired or replaced and carry over the licenses.

Correct. They person with the failed V2 has the option to send the unit in for repair, or we also have a cloning option where they pay US$499 and get a new device with their licenses carried over. As this clone option provides a new device there is a new 12 month product warrant as well.
