Adding a second license

I am now a proud owner of a V2 I bought off Ebay. I have already updated the registration details but I have one license that needs to be activated so I can use it with my set up.
It is asking for for a key code to be supplied by EFI Live. How is this done without having to going through the "normal" process of activating a new license.

If you have one license available you don't need to get anything from EFILive at all. You will allocate that available license the first time you attempt to flash a controller in your vehicle (reading is not a licensed activity).
