I thought I asked this question before but for some reason I cannot find it in my posts fom my profile nor through any searches so I apologize if this has been discussed.

I'd like to use an AEM UEGO as my Wideband of choice. How do I get the EFI LIVE to read from it?

I did find that it is supported I'm just wondering if anyone else has used the AEM UEGO and what you did. Is it as simple as selecting the AEM, and just running the 5 volt data wire to the efi live harness?

Do you have FlashScan V1 or V2...?

V1: send the analog signal to the V1 analog inputs, use AFR/BEN pids that match the AEM voltage:afr function (can create a custom pid).

V2: send the serial comms signal to the V2 RJ12 jack, use the WO2AFR/BEN1 pids.

V2. Do I need a special cable for it?

V2. Do I need a special cable for it?Yes, you need a serial cable with the null-modem "twist" in it...

See posts #10-14 of this thread: showthread.php?14837-taquickness-serial-cables (http://forum.efilive.com/showthread.php?14837-taquickness-serial-cables)

Do you have a serial cable that connects your AEM to your PC/latop...?
