I got a friends 02 camaro with a 408 with a 96mm t/body. Im in the process to do the Calc.VE tune. When I snap the throttle it IAC opens then Its slowly goes down? Im not sure where to change it under the idle. Ill post the tune file up below.9833

I just adjusted the t/body closed now im about 20 steps on the IAC motor. I seemed to help a little, but about at 1400 rpm it stays and goes down to the 875rpm. The Maff at idle is 20g/s.

Idle is not a lot of fun, especially when you have to deal with differing TB sizes. Best I can do is refer you to the Idle Tutorial..http://forum.efilive.com/showthread.php?14439-Idle-Tips-amp-Tricks
It may not all be applicable, but it gives you a good template to solve Idle issues. You can look at Desired Airflow etc. An oversimplification is that you have to have precise Air, Fuel, and Spark.
Get those right and you can get anything to Idle. The Tutorial is the best direction I can point you toward at this point.
Good luck.
