I recently deleted a dpf on a customers truck, as well as set several code's to:
non emmisions mil off, and still have the light on, these are the reoccuring codes P0401, P2033, P2455, P0546.

i know P0401 is the EGR, the really isnt the problem i can fix that one.

the truck was run for about 10 hours before the others set, its a 8594 truck.

im using v7.5.6 build 139

input would be greatly appreciated.

You messed up the tune and the codes are setting.

Set the codes to "not reported, no MIL" Instead of non-emissions, no MIL... Hope this helps more than telling you that you simply "messed up".

I have same problem with a 2009, operating system 12628594

dpf was removed, also the egt 1 and 2 were removed and the differential pressure sensor removed.

i have triple checked, codes p2455, p0546 and p2033 are all set to X: NOT REPORTED,NO MIL

codes are still setting, so whats up with that?

I also have an 2009 with the 12628594 operating system that is setting off those same codes, I tried to plug back in my egts and the differential pressure sensor (since im using a stock hollwed out dpf) and it keeps setting the code P2453 wich is a code for the differential pressure sensor even though I have it set to X:NOT REPORTED,NO MIL.
I set B2501 to no and B2502 to 0 and switched all dpf related dtc's to X:NOT REPORTED,NO MIL. and my truck still went into regen mode. Im completly out of ideas on what might fix this problem so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have to clerify, the codes were setting as pending, mil not coming on but codes set.
i contacted support and they said it is to do with how the bosch controller handles codes, they can make a change to the file that we cant with the public editor.

Are you sure your truck went into regen? how do you know it regened?
with b2501 and b2502 set the way you have them it should not regen.
