Actually only a few cells in the first row. Car has been tuned by others so I don't really know whats been changed. It's a 98 ls1 with trick flow heads ,cam , headers etc. Does anyone have a stock tune I could compare with or could email it to me? Ideas?
Thanks

Its a little unclear exactly what you are talking about. Are you saying the VE Table is missing from your Tune, or somehow you believe that in an open-loop tune it is only using a few cells?

In any case, you can find numerous stock & aftermarket tunes here:..http://www.holdencrazy.com/

Never heard of what you are describing, but anything is possible.

Good luck.

You will probably be running a MAF tune and the high speed air flow RPM is set very low. This tells the pcm to only use the MAF signal for air flow measurements and to ignore the VE table. In this case, the VE can be set to any value.
