How do I log and compare???

I read somewhere that the V2 can log my fuel rail pressure and then I can compare that to the commanded fuel rail pressure and see if my fpr is working correctly. My question is where can I find instructions or can someone tell me how to do this.

If you give me the instructions I would sure appreciate it but please make them understandable I am still learning the efi live system!
