2006 LBZ, trying to full-reflash from dsp5 to single OS, it keeps saying trying to erase flash memory, then is says erase OK, the it says retrying previous block, it did that like 10 times, so i stopped it, now truck wont start, Im retrying the full-reflash to my stock tune right now and it keeps doing the same thing!!!


any insight would b great!! thank you

I cal-reflashed my stock dsp5 tune and now the truck is running, but I cant get it to reflash to the single OS?? HELP!!

Please confirm you are running the latest software and firmware releases. Please see these knowledgebase articles for more details:

If you still have issues after the updates please see this knowledgebase article (http://support.efilive.com/kb_article.php?ref=8254-QOGC-9586) and send only the ONE file relating to the flash attempt.

updated from v7.5.6 117 to 139 and downloaded V8 and it seems to be working now, thanks Andrew

That's what I was hoping would be the case. We're not aware of any other known issues so it was the most likely cause :)

Haha. You know I missed the part in your first post about the no start condition (somehow). But when we did the release which includes the Cummins support we went through and did an extremely comprehensive (it actually took three days) unit test of every controller so i was pretty confidant that it would be resolved with aligning all the versions.
