View Full Version : Timing map starting point for PD blower and lower CR

I've had the car running for a while but never been happy with what i've been doing with the spark map. I've ramped the stock map in several places and pulled some general timing (probably too much). Tried finding some similar tunes to compare without any luck.

Tune attached. 9966 (ignore the VE tables, i'm starting over here also).
Am I off base?

I'm running a maggie blower on a forged stock cube motor with the CR dropped to 9.6.

To go back to base principles, whats the best way to setup a starting spark map?
