E40 rev limit in neutral

Am I going blind, I can't find a rev limit in neutral in this tune, the car is converted(engine conversio into 4wd Nissan Patrol) I want to lower the rev limit and lowered all the rpm by gear but with no effect. The ECU dosen't know what gear the trans is in as it a manual.

I think the ECM defaults to Park without a trans signal but I could be wrong. Do you have any wiring going into the ECM related to the trans?

How do the factory VZs take care of the gear input?

Yeah that's what I've found with the E38's but I can't see the rev limit in Park or Neutral

The log says it is in gear 6. Still dosen't help much as I lowered all gears with no success
