Few Questions/ issues with v2

Hello
Trying to tread lightly here as this is very new to me. have spent many hours on this forum researching about efilive.

first questions is
my v2 unit is brand new and includes 2 lisences. cant for the life of me use any of these lisences, i understand the process of purchasing new ones as i got frustrated and purchased one and used it on my car and worked. how do i use these other 2 lisences as i have tried to use in a mates car and says there is none available

2nd:
have done some minor logging to get an idea of whats happening,
i did the auto ve tutorial and have made up a ben factor table, but when i log all my values are equalling 0.00 so when i copy to my ve table my graph all turns flat cause all valaues are zero,
where am i going wrong.

have been doing the logs with the laptop in the car aswell.

Can you please update your software and firmware with this pre-release version (http://forum.efilive.com/showthread.php?15803-February-26th-2011-release-candidate-1).

To allocate a license you just need to begin a flash operation on a vehicle. You will be prompted to allocate a license if the controller is not already licensed.

Post a screenshot of when you try to use a license on your mate's car (what year/model does he have...?)...?

I will try all the updates and give it another go
Can't get a screenshot as I'm away for work so can't get to his car.


Just don't understand why my logging values are all zero. Followed all tutorials to the dot.


EDIT: Just updated all software and somehow everything seems to works. logging works perfect now, finally getting some values
