locked ecm

after making several edits on my tune,somehow i have been locked out.i keep getting a bootloader error and the pcm will not read or write.i have tried using alt key's and a few other suggestions in other posts,but still cannot access the bootloader.if i go into get info tab,all the info is correct there.any help would be apreciated.also the truck still runs good.

What year/model/vehicle...?

could not paste the error,but here it is word for word.

Error
Bootloader rejected.
Reason:
EFILive could not unlock the PCM.
Make sure you have selected the correct controller type at the top of the window.
Check the "Try Alt Keys" checkbox to try alternate keys that may unlock this controller.
If the PCM is locked and you know the unlock key,please enter it.
If this PCM was locked by Flashscan then you MUST unlock
the PCM using the SAME Flashscan interface that was used to lock it.

i am using the same interface.
also firmware version is 2.07.04

Couple of things to do please:
1) Upgrade the software and firmware to the latest pre-release version here: http://forum.efilive.com/showthread.php?15803-February-26th-2011-release-candidate-1
