Possibly, what is the engine RPO (for example: something like LT5)?
What is the engine size in liters?

Its a LT1 and its a 5.7L V8

Yes, EFILive V4 will support your vehicle.
Download the eval software and load up vehicle definition A274.xml which matches your vehicle.
