Hey guys,
I know you can save a file as .ctd format for the V8 software.... but can I lock tunes from being read, and still have my customer flash them in with his V7.5 tune tool? He's just starting with EFI Live so V7.5 will be easier to flash with for him I believe.

Full flash with DSP5 or with the locking patch for a single OS would automatically lock the tune from being read, try setting the permissions tab to "cannot be viewed or modified" and test it on your own tune before sending it out.

Just make sure you have a copy before you set the permissions.
