Throttle Body Swap

Does anybody see any HUGE problem with using a LS3 Throttle body on a
03 Drive By Wire Truck ??

By Huge I mean anything that would make it NOT work.
I'm good at wiring.

I would be more nervous about reprogramming issues than I would the wiring but that is me (Newbie).

I've never had an LS3 throttle body in my hands, but I have heard that it sweeps below 0%. This doesn't make sense to me, but it's on my to-do list of things to verify and understand.

Well I found that the 05-08 TB (GM Part # 12570790) is different than the 09-11 TB (GM Part # 12605109)
I know they are NOT interchangeable, I don't know why, but I do know that the late model TB is HALF the price ??

Any help would be awesome
