Do i need to upgrade or something? Personal Scan&Tune currently. Im trying to write a 2002 OS to an 01 PCM but the option to full OS and Calibration is greyed out

You need to upgrade to Commercial Scan and Tune.

You guys are great!! I wish that full flash wouldve fixed my issue though...aww well back to the drawing board

He's chasing down wiring issues and was trying to figure out if it was the OS or not.
Blackerado, bummed to hear the different OS didnt solve your issues. Id run the 12212156 OS for your truck anyway, it is hands down the best OS for the 512kb LS1 PCM. Easy COS5 upgrade too.

Awesome!! Thanks for the advice...Ill work on transfering my tune calibrations over to the new OS then and Flash it again lol. Needless to say, i went back to the old OS when it didnt work.

I understand, try to eliminate variables one at a time. But that is the best OS to use, if you're going to hassle testing it might as well run it in the end.

No it didnt, but i swapped my tune into it though and kept it like Epic22 said to do. Yeah i think my issue may never get resolved unless i take it to the dealer and let them ruin my setup lol
