A friend of mine is doing an LS swap on his truck. I offered to help him get it running. He thinned/weeede the harness per the various online sources.
I hooked the harness and computer up to a 12v power supply and after not being able to talk to itI started probing with a multimeter. I found that the ground is being pulled up to 12volts. Is this a bad ecm?
